Local station KFOR-TV in Oklahoma captured some incredible footage of a tornado that ripped through Oklahoma City last night. While doing a live report, the crew found itself in the middle of the twister. At one point in its coverage, the cameraman films telephone poles being ripped out of the ground, and as the news van turns to flee, one such pole appears to hover in mid-air over the road, barely missing the vehicle:
The entire video is worth watching, but the telephone poles start flying around 1:30 into it:

ReplyDeleteI'm trying to keep up with all the comments on everything lol! You are right these videos were amazing and heart wrenching at the same time. To know that there were people stuck in the path of that destruction is horrible. They are in my prayers as well.
